距離間２　近距離で受ける　素早いリズムを作ろう

今回は距離間やっていこうかなと思います。

距離間１　距離間で試合を作ろう

の続きになります。

今回は近距離で受けた場合どの様な効果があるのかをご説明出来たらと思います。

まず、近距離を３m以下の距離感と定めます。

近距離で受けるメリットとしては以下の通りになります。

①ダイレクトプレーが容易になる

②敵のプレッシャーを剥がせる

③試合のリズムを作れる（相手の拡がったスペースの中でプレー出来る。奪われても距離が近い分守備がしやすくなる。）

④狭いスペースでワンツーを使い、相手ディフェンスを崩せる。

 

それぞれメリットを上げましたが、①、②、③、④は一連の流れになっております。

ダイレクトプレーを使い、敵のプレッシャーを剥がし、試合のリズムを作った後に、崩しをを行うといった具合です。

まず①についてですが、距離を縮めることでワンタッチでのプレーを容易にしてくれます。距離が遠ければワンタッチでのキックの精度が落ちますので、使い辛いですが、近ければ、ボールを蹴らず触るだけの感触で、パス交換を行えます。

つまり、距離が短い分ミスは減るので、確実にワンタッチのパスを成功させるのに近距離は適しているのです。

次に②についてですが、近距離でパスを回していると、ディフェンスにボールを奪えそうな錯覚を起こさせられます。ミスが起きたり、奪いどころの読みが正しければ、ボール奪取に繋がるからです。

ですが実際には、オフェンス側の距離間が近いと、ディフェンス側は部分的に数的不利な状況になっているため、ボールを奪うのは困難になります。

角度を変えやすく、速いパスを回しやすくなっているので、もし奪いにくれば、精度の上がったダイレクトパスで簡単にディフェンスのプレッシャーを剥がす事ができるのです。
