今回はバックパスを受けようという事で、バックパスにはどの様な効果があるかご説明させて頂きます。
結論から言うと
①前を向いている選手にボールを預けられる
②ディフェンスのチェックを遅らせる
③攻撃の人数を整える
が主な効果があります。
①前を向いている選手にボールを預けられる
バックパスは文字通り、後ろの選手にボールを預ける方法です。通常サッカーでは相手ゴールの方向に体が向いているので、バックパスをする事で自動的に前を向いた状態を作る事が出来ます。
相手のプレッシャーが厳しく中々前を向くのが難しい場合は一度バックパスを選択するのは良い方法だと思います。
確かに相手ゴールからは遠ざかってしまいますが、ボールを下げた分、相手との距離が取れた状態で前を向けるので、視野の確保や本具ボールなどの選択肢が増えるのがメリットになります。
このまま前に進んでもゴールに繋がらなそうと感じたら、パックパスを選択し、攻撃の方法を変えるきっかけを作り出す事に繋がります。
３歩進んで２歩下がるという歌がある様に前に進む為には後ろに下がるという方法をとって見ましょう。
②ディフェンスのチェックを遅らせる
ディフェンスの最優先順位はゴールを守る事です。ですのでディフェンスにとってマークを優先するのはボールホルダーより自陣のゴールに近い選手を捕まえようとします。危険でないところは後回しって事ですね！
ディフェンスの優先順位や試合スピードにつきましては↑↑のリンクをご覧ください。
言い換えると、自陣のゴールから遠ざかる位置する相手選手はマークの優先順位が低くなる為、プレッシャーが少し甘くなります。
もし何も考えず、バックパスで下がったボールをがむしゃらに追えば、スペースを与えてしまう且つ、元々付いていた相手選手のマークの意識が薄くなり、危険を招く可能性が高くなります。
さらにディフェンスはボールが自陣から遠ざかれば、陣形を整えながら押し上げを測りますので、攻撃側は押し上げられた分の裏のスペースを使うという選択肢が増える事になります。
相手ディフェンスがコンパクトに保たれ、攻撃が滞っている場合、バックパスでスペースを作成する考えを持ちましょう。
攻撃側はディフェンスの優先順位を理解した上でバックパスを行えば、自分たちのやりやすいリズムやスペースを作り出す事が出来るのです。
③攻撃の人数を整える
ボールを縦に入れれば入れる程、ゆっくりドリブルしない限り、ボールホルダーより前の味方選手は減っていきます。

味方選手が減るということは、攻撃のバリュエーションが減少する事に繋がります。高い技術や得点能力が高い選手でない限り、ゴールを奪うのは難しくなります。
サッカーでは部分的に数的優位を作り出す事で、試合を優位に進める事が出来る為、ゴールを奪いたいのにボールを前に進めてゴールを奪いづらくするのは矛盾した行動になります。
そこで考えたいのがバックパスです。
味方の攻撃人数が減ったならば、意図的に作りだせば良いのです。
ボールが下がった分、ボールを持って良いない味方の攻撃選手が新たなボールホルダーより前に来る事が出来ます。
また、後ろから攻め上がる選手のための時間を稼ぐ事が出来ます。
つまり、バックパスをする事で攻撃の人数を意図的に増やせる事が出来る訳です。
攻撃の人数が増えれば、攻撃のバリュエーションが増える事に繋がりますし、部分的に数的優位を作ることも可能になります。（ディフェンスが戻ってくる時間も作ってしまうデメリットがあるがその後の数的優位の作成や無駄なボールロストが減るメリットがある）
この様に数的優位を生み出す為、攻撃のバリュエーションを増やす為にバックパスを使って見ましょう。
まとめ
バックパスはゴールから遠ざかる為、使用するには少し躊躇いがありますが、ゴールを奪う為、試合を有効的に進める為には有効的な手段です。
試合展開が詰まったり、自分たちのペースで試合を進められない場合は、一度立ち止まって考える為にもバックパスを使って見ましょう。
