ギャップ２　三角形の外心で受ける

どうもこんにちは、footballpossessです。

今回はギャップで受けるシリーズの続きをやっていこうかなと思います。中盤以上の前線の選手はこの受け方は必須項目になります。

ギャップ１　ギャップで受ける理由

の続きになります。

ギャップでボールを受けることで、部分的に数的優位を作ることが出来ると説明致しましたが、今回は更に相手を惹きつける方法をご説明します。

それは、三角形の外心でボールを受けるです。

どういう事なのでしょうか。なぜ外心かと言うと、各ディフェンダーから等間隔に位置取ることが出来るからです。下記の図をご覧下さい。

三角形を形成する相手デュフェンスがあるならば、各ディフェンスから等間隔にボールホルダーは位置取ります。ではどうやって等間隔にいるかどうか判断するでしょうか？まず、外心についておさらいです。

外接円、外心について

　それぞれの各辺の垂直二等分線は一点でまじわり、その点Dを中心に円を書くと…
　
  　
Dを中心に三角形の３つの頂点を通る円を書くことができて、この円を「外接円」、その中心Dを「外心」といいます。

外心の特徴は

  • 各頂点から等しい位置にあること
  • 各辺の垂直二等分線の交わったところにある。

つまり、周りを見て、二辺以上の垂直二等分線の交わったところに位置すれば、そこは外心になります。

では外心に位置取ることでどの様なメリットがあるのでしょうか？下記をご覧下さい。

  • 等間隔に位置取ることで、誰がチェックに行くのか不透明にさせる。
  • 多くの敵を引き付けて、数的優位を生み出す。

上記もメリットは実は三角形だけのメリットだけではなく、四角形、五角形などの他の多角形にも共通して言えることです。

ただ、四角形以上の多角形で等間隔が取れる状況はなかなか出会えません。四角形以上であるならば、等間隔に最も近い位置を探してボールを受けるようにすれば良いでしょう。

今回はわかりやすくするために外心が必ず存在する三角形で話を進めたいと思います。

相手ディフェンスのチェックを不透明にさせる

上の図のようにに誰もチェックに来ない場合はそのままターンが可能です。前を向いたら、左右にボールを散らすことも可能ですし、場所によってはシュートも可能です。この様に外心に位置取られるとディフェンスにとっては判断が難しいことは多々ありますので隙があれば前を向く意識を持ちましょう。

ディフェンスのプレッシャーが厳しいチームが相手だと試合中なかなか前をむかせてもらえない状況が続いたりします。ですがこのように三角形の外心で受けるとぽっかり空いたエアーポケットのように前が向ける状況が生まれることがあります。

試合状況が厳しくてもこのように三角形の外心で受けることで、フリーで前を向ければ、試合を落ち着かせるきっかけを作る事にも繋がるのです。

このような状況が何回も続いていくと段々ボール支配率にも変化が表れ、試合を支配出来ようになるところまで繋がります。

ボールポゼッションが上がれば、攻撃の時間や回数も増えるので、得点のチャンスにも繋がります。

フリーで前を向くというのは、思った以上に色々な効果を持っているということを覚えておきましょう。

敵を引き付ける

では厳しいチェックに合った場合はどうしたら良いでしょうか？下記をご覧下さい。

この場合は３人で挟みボールを奪いに来ています。その場合は無理をせず、リターンやダイレクトを用いて、味方に預けましょう。例えボールは前に進まなかったとしても、１人で相手複数を引き付け、周りにスペースを作りましたので、充分な仕事だと言えます。

リターンを受けた選手は新しく出来た広いスペースにパスを送りましょう。出来ればダイレクトが良いですが、ボールを奪いに寄せたディフェンスは直ぐには対応出来ないのでツータッチ、多くてもスリータッチでパスを出す時間はあるでしょう。

三角形の外心で受けたことの恩恵を有効的に使うことを意識していきましょう。

一人がチェックに来た場合

では、1人がチェックに来た場合はどうでしょう？

先ほど同様リターンパスをしても良いのだが、寄せてくる敵の反対方向にトラップ、ドリブルをする事で、別の外心を生み出しております。このような方法を取る事でフリーの状態を作り出しております。

チアゴからパスを受けるセスクにご注目下さい。まるで囲ったディフェンスの等間隔に位置しています。

3人のディフェンスに狙われました。

しかし、無理をせず、近くにいたシャビにダイレクトでパスしています。この様にセスクが外心でボールを受けて敵を引き付けた事で、次に受けたシャビはフリーの状態を作ることが出来ました。

ボールを受けるに当たって、外心に位置取ることは、基礎になりますので、何度もイメージをし、実戦で試していきましょう。

くどい様ですが、今後紹介していく受け方はこの方法があっての考え方ですので、自分のモノになるまで、覚えていきましょう。

まとめ

良い位置でのポジショニングは受け手にとって安心材料の一つになります。自分が良い位置で受ける事が出来ると分かっていれば、次のプレーのイメージがしやすくボールを受けた後でも落ち着いてプレーを行う事が出来ます。

三角形の外心の位置は決まっているので、そこに入りさえすれば後は次のプレーを考えるだけとなります。そのため、適切な視野を確保でき、判断スピードも格段に上がります。少なくとも不用意なボールロストは減り、クオリティの高いプレーをする事ができるでしょう。

最初の内は三角形の外心を探すのに手間取ってしまい、チグハグなポジショニングを取ってしまうかもしれません。私も最初はそうでした。（笑）

ですが、何回も繰り返し行う事で、感覚的に三角形の外心に入る事ができる様になります。そうなれば、次のプレーを考えるだけなので比較的楽にプレーでき、ゲームメイクを考えられるようにもなりますので、機会がありましたら、どんどん意識してポジションを取るようにすることをお勧めします。
