距離間４　中遠距離で受ける　ディフェンスの意識を自分から遠ざけよう

今回も距離間やっていこうと思います。

距離間３　中近距離で受ける　素早いゲームメイクと距離間を使い分けよう

の続きになります。まだご覧になっていない場合は上記リンクを参照下さい。

今回は中遠距離で受けるをやっていきますが、まずは中遠距離の距離間を６m〜１０mで定義します。

距離間が遠くなればなるほど、ダイレクトプレーが減るというのは前回や前々回でお話しさせて頂いたかと思います。距離間２　近距離で受ける　素早いリズムを作ろう　距離間３　中近距離で受ける　素早いゲームメイクと距離間を使い分けよう　（先に見ておいて下さい！）

そのため、遠距離で受けて、余裕を持って受けようと考えるならば、ディフェンスの意識を自分から遠ざけなければなりません。厳しいプレッシャーを受ける且つ、周りにサポートをしてくれる味方がいなくなってしまい、ボールロストに繋がってしまうという状況になってしまいます。

ではどうやってディフェンスの意識を自分から遠ざけていけばよろしいのでしょうか。

  • パスが来るだろうと予測される場所の一つ飛ばした位置にいる
  • ディフェンスにとってプレッシャーに行く優先順位が低い場所にいる

この２つを意識すれば中遠距離で受けても比較的フリーな状況が生まれます。

一つ飛ばした場所にいる

まず初めの「一つ飛ばした場所にいる」からですが、どういう事か説明していきます。

ディフェンスはボールホルダーの位置に合わせてディフェンスの仕方を決めていきます。

例えば、ディフェンスはまずシュートや縦パスが最も危険なため、ファーストディフェンダーは距離を詰める。そして、もしドリブルで抜かれた場合を想定して、セカンドディフェンダーはカバーに入る。その周りのディフェンダーはスペースを拡げない様、コンパクトに保ちつつ、次の近くの受け手にプレスに行ける様に準備するという様に陣形を整えます。

そこで、通常なら、近距離でのパスに意識が行くところ、一つ飛ばしたパスを送る事で、ディフェンスの意識からズレたところにパスが行くので、フリーになる時間を作る事が出来るのです。

また、一つ飛ばしはディフェンスの圧縮されたところを避けて受ける事ができるので、崩しを行う前の起点にもなります。

一つ飛ばしたパスは試合展開を変えるきっかけになるのです。

ディフェンスの優先順位が低い場所にいる

距離をとってボールを受けるとプレッシャーを受けやすいので、フリーで受けることを考えなければなりません。

そこで２つ目に必要なのが、ディフェンスの優先順位が低いところで受けるです。

ディフェンスの最優先はゴールを守る事ですから、それに伴う危険な場所から対応をしていきます。

以前にもお話しさせて頂きましたが、縦パスに比べて横や後ろのパスはゴールを脅かす可能性は低いので、ディフェンスの優先順位は低くなります。

よって距離が遠くなっても横パスやバックパスはフリーで受けられる可能性が高くなるわけです。

横や後ろで受け、フリーになった際には、サイドチェンジで展開や、崩すための準備を心掛け、ディフェンスの陣形を変えていきましょう。

まとめ

今回中遠距離で受けるために考えなければならないことをお話しさせて頂きましたが、共通して意識することは、ディフェンスの意識が遠いところでボールを受ける事にあります。

中遠距離は近距離で受けるよりもパスミスやパスカットのリスクはありますが、フリーな状態であれば多少のミスの修正が可能です。

ディフェンスの意識が外れ、フリーで受ける事ができれば、試合を落ち着かせたり、崩しのきっかけになりますので、状況を見て活用をすることをお勧めします。
