距離間２　近距離で受ける　素早いリズムを作ろう

次に③ですが、ここが一番近距離の恩恵を受けているところかなと思います。

リズムを作りやすい理由は

⒈パスのテンポがあがる

⒉近距離は近づいて受けるため、相手の拡がったスペースで数的優位を作れる

⒊もしボールを奪われても、周りとの距離が近いため、ボールを奪い返しやすくなる

１.２.3の理由で自分たちのリズムを生み出しやすくなります。

まず、１.ですが上記にも記載しましたが、ダイレクトプレーが増えるため必然的にパスのテンポが上がります。

次々にパスを回されると、ディフェンスはボールを奪うのは困難ですので、一度帰陣し体制を整える方向に切り替えます。ボールを奪いに来ないとわかれば、より落ち着いた、制度の高い視野の確保、判断、プレーを行う事に繋がりますので、ゲームメイクをしやすくなるという事です。

次に２.ですが近距離（３m以下の距離）ですとボールホルダーに近づく行為になりますので、元々拡がっていたスペースの中で数的優位が作れているので、ピッチが広く感じる事ができます。

どういうことかというとディフェンス側はオフェンス側の距離間が遠ければ、ディフェンスの距離間が広がる傾向があり、距離間が近ければ、縮まる傾向にあります。

つまり、オフェンスの距離間に合わせて、守備の陣形が決定しているので、距離感を変えることでオフェンス側の距離間とディフェンス側の距離間に誤差を与える事ができるのです。

その誤差の中プレーを続けると、数的優位が生まれやすくなるので、ピッチを広く感じる事ができるのです。

次に３ですが、選手間が近いともしボールロストをしてもボールを奪い返しやすくなります。理由は近距離で相手選手を囲んでいるため、相手はボールを逃がし辛い状況が既に生まれているのです。よってプレスをかけやすい状況になりますので、素早くボールを回収し、再度攻撃をやり直す事が出来るのです。

ですが、ボールロストしてから相手に６本以上パスを繋がれたり（６本は目安です）一度ボールを下げてやり直しをし展開されるとカウンターを受けるリスクがあるので、奪い返すのが困難であると感じたら、注意です。

一度リトリートをし、守備に備えることも考えましょう。

最後に④の狭いスペースにてワンツーで崩しやすくなるですが、ボールを保持し、試合をコントロールすると、相手ディフェンスはリトリートし、コンパクトな距離感を保ちます。

この状況で崩すのは至難の業ですが、狭いスペースでワンツーを駆使すれば崩すのは可能です。そのためにオフェンス側は距離感を縮めてダイレクトプレーをしやすい状況を作ります。

自陣ゴール前は特にボールに意識が集中しますので、狭いスペースでワンツーをされるとボールウォッチャーになりやすい傾向にあります。よって、相手の裏のスペースを取りやすく、シュートまで行く事が容易になります。（ワンツーのやり方は後ほど記述致します）

まとめ

近距離でのボールの受け方を記述させて頂きましたが、メインはダイレクトプレーの増加に当たります。速く、テンポの良いパスを繋ぐ事でゲームメイク、崩しなどのメリットに繋がりますので、多用することをおすすめ致します。
